Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Return Process:

  • Share product images/videos as proof
  • Our team will verify and initiate return/replacement

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return (unless defective)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
